Make MAY a Month of Spiritual Renewal
Take at least 15 minutes a day in God's Word
Welcome to the official website of the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church, the first and oldest church in Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey. We are a fellowship of Christians who humbly seek to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, biblically centered, friendly, compassionate with a non-judgmental congregation. Our outreach includes Mt. Ephraim and neighboring communities as well as a global involvement through many local and foreign missionaries whom we support. If you are searching for a church we invite you to worship with us.
May 12 - 25, 2019
Please note - Pastor will be on vacation over the next two weeks. He has put the Weekly Bible Reading for both weeks in advance.
Click the "Bible Reading Plan" button to direct you to the passages each week to read. This plan is explained during the first week of reading.
Please note: as of 5/18/2019 I am including seven devotional thoughts Amy Carmichael added at the end of her book "IF." I will share these thoughts over the next few weeks.
Click WHAT IF? to read an exert from Amy Carmichael's book, IF. This is a deep devotional book from the hand and heart of a dear Christian servant who gave her life to reach out to the "forsaken and abused" children of the world. I leave no comment of my own. Let your heart "hear" the message of Amy's soul and ask the Holy Spirit to apply it's message to your own.
