Numbers 28 - As you go through this chapter note the instructions for giving sacrifices: Daily in verses 1-8; Weekly in verse 9-10; Monthly in verses 11-15; and Yearly, starting in verse 16 to the end of the chapter.
Numbers 29 - From verse 1 to the end of the chapter the Annual sacrifices are continued and completed. All of these sacrifices, offerings, and festivals were to bring order to Israel; to keep them focused on the Lord every day, every week, every month and every year. It was God's way of keeping Israel from forgetting all that He does for them, for whatever they sacrifice or offer to God can only come from what He has given to them. Oh that we would remember Him as often for each day, week, month, and year God has shown His faithfulness and generosity to us.
Numbers 30 - Keeping promises to God is always important. The obvious teaching here is to be careful not to be making insincere vows. God also allowed a husband or a father to disavow the promises their wife/daughter may make. But the man would suffer whatever consequences that may arise from this action.
