Ephesians 3:9 NLT - "I was chosen to explain to everyone this mysterious plan that God, the Creator of all things, had kept secret from the beginning."

Commentary:

I'm personally sure that Paul was overwhelmed with the privilege of being used of God to convey God's "mysterious plan" to "everyone"!  No one else had this knowledge, not until God chose to reveal it through His chosen "Apostle of the Mystery" (my own description of Paul).  Again, remember, a "mystery" is not a "who-dun-it" kind of thing!  It's knowledge that God had chosen not to reveal in earlier days but decided that in Paul's day would be the time to make it known.  And again, the mystery is God taking all mankind and joining them together into one Living Body which we know as the Church Universal.  All the individual local churches are but segments of the whole Church.  And each individual Christian is a part, small in one sense, but vitally important to the whole Body.
Now, think about this. How many people haven't gotten it clear yet that God really loves them?!  How many people are ignorant of that knowledge?  Wouldn't it be just grand and glorious to be used of God to introduce them to a very personal Savior?!  You might not be revealing a truth never preached before, but for that one person you could speak to, it would be the FIRST TIME EVER for them to hear it!  Would you pray and ask the Lord to lead you to some precious soul and let them know about Christ?  I pray all who read this will be so led by the Spirit.
"Lord, lay some soul upon my heart, and love that soul through me.  And may I humbly do my part to win that soul for Thee."
