Jesus Christ, Son of God, and our Savior

This statement from the past pretty much tells the emphasis of the ministry at the Mount Ephraim Baptist Church in Mt. Ephraim, New Jersey.  It has been noted that the early believers used the "Sign of the Fish" to identify those who were true believers in Jesus Christ.  The name "fish" in the Greek language consisted of five letters, each one stood for the first letters of Jesus - Christ - God's - Son - Savior.  The early church wanted it understood that their core belief centered around the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was sent to be the Savior of the world.
